Our Story – Why This Summit Exists

Mrs & Mrs was founded by Heaven Grace-Acheampong and her wife Ritta, after years of building a platform that celebrates same-sex couples, amplifies our love stories, and strengthens relationships.

We saw a gap — not just in representation, but in spaces where Black lesbian & LGBTQIA+ women could network, learn, heal, and thrive together. So we decided to create it ourselves.

From hosting intimate couples retreats to relationship coaching, our mission has always been to connect women who love women in powerful, intentional ways. The Mrs & Mrs 2026 Summit is the biggest and most ambitious step in that mission yet.
