This agreement covers the Mrs & Mrs Couples Retreat planned for August 20–23, 2027 in the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania. Mrs & Mrs is the Organizer. One reservation is for two registered adults aged 21 or older. The final property address, room assignments, vendors and confirmed itinerary will be communicated in writing.

A reservation request begins when payment is submitted through an authorized link. Mrs & Mrs will send written acceptance and registration information. Payment alone does not guarantee a confirmed reservation if the retreat is sold out, a payment is taken in error or required accommodation arrangements cannot be met. Payments for requests Mrs & Mrs cannot accept will be refunded.

Starter: $2,800 total for two. Pay $600 at booking then $550 by November 30, 2026, January 31, 2027, March 31, 2027 and May 31, 2027.

$1,000 Booking Special: $2,500 total for two after a $300 discount. Pay $1,000 at booking then $500 by January 31, 2027, March 31, 2027 and May 31, 2027. The couples massage experience is part of this package. Final vendor and scheduling details will be confirmed.

VIP: $2,800 in full at booking with VIP status, priority room-selection access and round-trip economy airfare for two under the final written VIP airfare policy outlined below.

The initial payment is due when you book. For payment plans, the remaining balance is due by May 31, 2027. Later bookings require a revised written payment schedule. Stripe checkout for the initial payment does not establish recurring automatic billing.

Deposits and all subsequent retreat payments are intended to be non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations because the Organizer makes advance lodging, vendor and planning commitments. This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override mandatory consumer rights. No refunds are promised for voluntary early departures, late arrivals or individual activities missed by a guest.

Guests agree to make all remaining payments according to their accepted written schedule. If an installment is overdue, the Organizer will give written notice and at least ten calendar days to remedy the overdue amount before canceling for nonpayment, subject to applicable law.

Guests who cannot attend may request a transfer to another eligible couple at least 30 days before the retreat. Transfers must be approved in writing, may depend on available accommodations and third-party vendor terms and are not guaranteed. VIP flight benefits are not automatically transferable.

If the Organizer cancels the retreat and cannot provide the contracted experience, affected guests will be offered a refund of retreat payments received or an alternative credit only if voluntarily accepted. Guests will be notified of material changes to dates, destination or accommodations and applicable legal refund rights will be respected.

The retreat home, room arrangements, vendors, menus and exact activities are subject to final confirmation. The Organizer may make reasonable substitutions as required and will communicate final inclusions in writing. A particular bedroom, view, bathroom configuration, private facility or exclusive room is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. The retreat includes curated group experiences and planned group dining; the precise meals and sessions will be identified in the confirmed itinerary.

Airfare and travel to or from the Pocono Mountains are not included with the Starter or $1,000 Booking Special packages. Guests using those packages arrange and pay for their own transportation unless a separate written offer expressly says otherwise. Personal spending, optional purchases and activities outside the final inclusions are not covered.

The VIP Pay-in-Full package is intended to include round-trip economy airfare for both registered guests, VIP booking status, priority room selection from confirmed available inventory and all standard retreat inclusions.

Before accepting a VIP booking payment, Mrs & Mrs will provide a written airfare policy specifying eligible departure airports, allowance or coverage cap, included costs, booking deadlines and guest obligations. The guest must review and accept those terms in writing. VIP flight benefits are not an unrestricted airfare promise.

Guests must provide accurate legal passenger names and required travel details on time. Unless included in the final written VIP confirmation, the benefit does not cover checked baggage, upgrades, transfers, flight changes, optional travel expenses or additional travelers. Any airfare cost above the disclosed coverage must be discussed and accepted in writing before booking.

Priority room selection depends on the final property inventory and does not guarantee a particular bedroom, view or configuration. VIP benefits apply only to the two named registered guests and cannot be exchanged for cash unless agreed in writing.

Guests must respect the retreat venue, staff and fellow guests and comply with reasonable health and safety instructions. Harassment, violence, illegal conduct and serious safety violations are prohibited. Guests should disclose dietary needs and accessibility requirements before reserving so the Organizer can discuss what accommodations may be possible.

Photography and filming may occur during retreat activities. Using identifiable guest images or voices in public marketing requires separate affirmative permission. Guests who decline promotional consent can still attend the retreat.

Outdoor events and vendor plans may change because of severe weather, safety concerns, emergencies or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control. Mrs & Mrs will communicate material disruptions, attempt appropriate alternatives and honor applicable legal rights.

Payment reminders, important changes, the final itinerary and travel instructions will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The lead guest is responsible for keeping contact information accurate and sharing relevant terms with their partner. Questions: info@themrsandmrs.com.

By checking the relevant agreement box and continuing to Stripe, the purchasing guest acknowledges reviewing these terms, accepts the selected package's price and schedule and agrees to share the terms with the second guest. VIP purchasers also acknowledge the requirement for an approved written airfare policy before their VIP reservation can be accepted. These terms should also be included or linked in payment checkout and written booking confirmations.
